My younger sister came home last night and she is so happy to tell all of us about the promotion they gave her in the company she is working with. Promotion means increase in salary as she said and she can now able to buy things that she can’t buy before with her special mention of the stuff toy she wants to buy on her last birthday but she still can’t afford to buy it that time.
I told her that promotion doesn’t only means an increase in salary but also means more workload. She is promoted to be the new hiring manager and it only means that new employees should be chosen by her. She should check the backgrounds of the applicants and also their Public Records so that she can be sure about the personality of the applicant. Knowing the applicant completely before hiring them is really a necessity to all hiring manager and that’s what my sister should know.
