It is really a challenge to an employee of a company to filter applicants who also wants to be an employee like him. It is a critical part of the jobs in the company that should only be done by a responsible employee. My friend is lucky that the position is given to him in the company he is working with. I highly suggests to him the he should have a background check of all applicants because not everything is written on their resume.
