No food can actually burn fat. Only the body can burn fat. However, reducing the intake of more fat and other nutrients actually results in the same thing. There are foods that burn fat, like leafy vegetables, that help reduce the appetite by providing bulk to help people be satisfied with less food. Also, foods rich in dietary fiber binds with fat molecules and sugars and prevent them from being absorbed into the body. In effect these foods can be called as foods that burn fat.
