I use to have a travel because of the kind of job I have. I presently work on a construction firm and this is why I use to be on a field work. There are times when I have to stay for more than three days on a construction site. This kind of schedule really affects my rest schedules. This is because I find it hard to sleep on the other kind of beds. It is because we have sleep number beds in our home.
I really love sleeping on my bed because it is more comfortable sleeping on my own bed.I am suggesting my boss to also have sleep number beds on construction site so that I can still feel like sleeping on my own bed even though I am on a field work. If I don’t have a good night sleep at night, I am having a bad mood on the next day and I also find it hard to do my work properly because I feel so tired even in the early morning.
