Ministry Insights International is an organization that operates under a specified mission. That mission is well-defined in their Transforming Relationships Globally. This aims to develop the oneness and cohesion between the pastors of the ministry and the staff, the relationship between husbands and wives who are experiencing troubles in their marriage life and also to parents who are having a hard time dealing with their teenage sons and daughters. The man behind this endeavor is Rod Aycox. He is very dedicated in unifying people everywhere. This international ministry hopes to transcend the message of God to people everywhere so that there will be an understanding between them.
For Rod Aycox, he knows that everything happens for a reason and God intended people to have differences so that they will learn how to deal with them. He also speaks to people to help them realize that these differences are not reasons to give up on a relationship but a blessing from God that will help each party determine their strengths and weaknesses that could benefit the relationship for the greater good.
Aycox and the Ministry Insights International’s other endeavor called the Leading From Your Strength is another international movement that was able to help more than 250,000 people focus on the family and on how they can develop close family ties and relationships with each other. So far, this movement was able to reach Australia, UK and Ireland.
Through Rod Aycox’ effective keynote speeches, he was able to inspire, unite and affect the lives of many people by sending them the message of the Lord. He states that apart from building lasting relationship with the people around us, it is also important that people reach out to the Lord and rest-assured that everything people have ever desired, as long as it is for the good, will be granted by Him. This good message that God has in stored forever has been made as the lifelong mission for Aycox to disseminate it to more people and to help them out of their personal and relationship struggles that has affected their lives drastically.
Until now, Aycox is still on this lifelong mission together with his ministry and his wife Beth. He is happily married and resides in Arizona with their two loving daughters.
